Refunds & Exchanges

Refunds are accepted within 30 days of purchase for store credit. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

That said, If you have a problem with your piece over any length of time, please reach out to us and let us know. In most cases, we are more than happy to repair or refinish any pieces if you can ship them back to us. Cost of repairs will be discussed ahead of the repair and will be either absorbed by us if we are at fault or in the case an item was mishandled, depending on the situation, might be at your cost. Either way, we will strive to work with you to make it right and come to an equitable solution. At the end of the day, we want the items we make to keep having a useful life.

Payments & Shipping

We have the capacity to process payments on this site from all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Afterpay and PayPal. Please note Afterpay does not allow for local pickup as a shipping option, although if you’re interested in that please reach out to us and we’ll figure out a way to negate any shipping cost while allowing you to divvy up your payments.

We ship to all USA states and territories and Canada using USPS for shipping most orders including First Class for jewelry and accessories and Priority Flat Rate boxes for trays and boards. Please reach out to us ahead of your order if you’re interested in expedited shipping options. We’re happy to work with you. Most orders are ready-to-ship and will be marked fulfilled with tracking info available within 48 hours. Create-your-own listings include estimated processing time - most often 1-2 weeks. We do not assume responsibility for lost or stolen merchandise. It’s heartbreaking, and it’s only happened once in all the years we’ve been doing this, but please reach out to us if you have problems and we will do our best to help you track down a package that didn’t make it.

For those selecting local pickup, we will reach out to you via email to coordinate pickup from our home or work including locations close to downtown Indianapolis, Lawrence or the NW side of Indy.
